I love engaging with life head on. That goes for engaging with my school community as well. One way I do that is working with my colleagues and community to make huge videos that make us proud. Here are a few of the bigger ones I’ve made recently.
Timberlake Send-Off
In 2016, three beloved members of the Casey Middle School Family retired. To honor them, I spent over a month filming their family, friends and colleagues dancing to Justin Timberlake’s Can’t Stop the Feeling! The video was featured in the Huffington Post here.

Principal Retirement Video
This year, Casey Middle School’s legendary principal, Fran McGreevy, is retiring. Pete Dobmeier, the current assistant principal and Fran’s right hand man, is taking his place and we couldn’t be happier. To celebrate both the ending of an era and the ushering in of a new one, I employed the dancing talent at our schooliver the course of a month making this video.
The Most Epic Faculty Act of All Time
What do you get when you mix a teacher linebacker in a tutu, a heavy metal secretary, and a bald 80’s hairband? A glorious, free-wheeling extravaganza of a faculty act! Watch as the Casey teachers shred, smear, and pummel their way to lip-sync glory in this 20 minute epic that took me 6 months to make.
